PARKING GARAGE/PLAZA APPROACH AND DESIGN
When approaching a commercial space such as a plaza or parking garage, we like to have a very detailed understanding of the facility so we bring in several key persons on our team, to ensure our departments have a thorough understanding and design our systems to optimize the experience for the venue and client.
Site Survey:
· With designated floor plan, we will take a walk around with the client to view facility and give some initial feedback on venue.
· We will also plot electrical rooms and common areas for audio passage
Design:
· Our design team will then work with a floor plan and our site survey notes to map out speaker lines, head end storage and speaker placements for client approval
Sales Process and Quotation:
· A formal quotation will be given for review by client as well as music content to be decided upon for the facility.
· 2 quotes shall be given 1) Music content 2) Audio System
Music Content:
· Better Business Music has the country’s best programming team for all genres of music. Traditionally we like light jazz, classical and piano and guitar instrumental music for garages as it avoids lyrical clutter and enhances ambience.
· Updates can either be via disk or broadband, depending on the “connected” status of the player.
· Our rates please inquire!
· Client to preview vast music library and select 5 channels plus holiday
Onsite Project Management:
· Our tech team will be the onsite project management team and report their progress weekly
Installation and System Commissioning:
· Our foreman will be in charge of programming and installation of audio components and testing the system
Training:
· 1-hour training session to key personnel will be given on how the system is to be used.
